I’m a full-time Green Valley resident, committed to leveraging many years of professional business experience to help you successfully buy and sell property and fulfill your real estate goals and dreams.
After graduating from college, I spent 11 years in the commercial finance/banking industry. I held positions with steadying responsibility in Credit Analysis, Account Management, Operations, Auditing, Management and Sales. Along the way, I lived in Milwaukee, Dallas and Denver.
I have worked in real estate since 2001. Prior to working in residential real estate, I was a commercial developer who developed more than 770,000 sq. ft. of commercial retail shopping center and medical office building space. Tenants include Best Buy, Bed Bath & Beyond, Dick’s Sporting Goods and PetSmart, to name a few. My expertise lies within due diligence including site selection, market research, cash flow analysis, project costing as well as lease negotiations, bank financing and private equity placement. I have also been involved in the sale of millions of dollars of residential properties and the sale and leasing of over 300,000 sq. ft. of commercial real estate.
I reside in The Foothills subdivision of Green Valley with my girlfriend Nancy. In my spare-time I enjoy being a “Car Guy”, playing golf and spending time in the Santa Rita Mountains.
